VIP Winners Circle Rewards Program
VIP Winners Circle Members enjoy special benefits and discounts that no other bingo hall in Tarrant County offers. They receive:
- Specials and discounts towards the purchase of bingo electronics, paper and daubers.
- Exciting prizes and awards throughout the year through the Scan & Win Program.
- Individual recognition and prizes during special events at VIP Winners Circle Bingo Halls.
VIP Winners Circle Members earn points each time they play bingo at Casino Bingo, Las Vegas Bingo, Monte Carlo Bingo and Texas Bingo. Members also have several opportunities to earn bonus points each and everyday. With your membership, the points you accumulate will go towards earning VIP Winners Circle Reward Certificates which are redeemable for large discounts at VIP Winners Circle Bingo Halls.
How do I EARN POINTS?
If you're a VIP Winners Circle Member, earning points is easy. Simply present your VIP Winners Circle Reward Card to the cashier every session you play bingo at your favorite VIP Winners Circle Bingo Hall(s). As a member you will earn:
- 10 points for every session you play
- 10 additional points for every session you play during a "double point" session
- 20 additional points for every session you play during a "triple point" session
- 20 additional points for playing four (4) or more sessions in one day (5:00 a.m. to 4:59 a.m.)
- 40 additional points for playing six (6) or more sessions in one day (5:00 a.m. to 4:59 a.m.)
- 100 additional points for playing twenty (20) or more sessions in one week (Monday - Sunday)
- 100 additional points on your birthday
- 100 additional points on your membership anniversary date
How am I REWARDED?
It's fun to earn VIP Winners Circle Points with your membership... and it's rewarding too! Every time you play bingo at a VIP Winners Circle Hall, you are earning points towards Reward Certificates.
- Earn points and bonuses for playing sessions at any VIP Winners Circle Bingo Hall. Simply present your VIP Winners Circle Reward Card to the cashier every session you play bingo.
- For each 100 points you accumulate in your account, you receive VIP Winners Circle Reward Certificate(s) valued at 100 points each.
- To obtain your Reward Certificate(s), simply scan your Reward Card at any VIP Winners Circle Kiosk located at all VIP Winners Circle Bingo Halls. Your Reward Certificate(s) will print instantly from the kiosk printer and update your account.
- Present your VIP Winners Circle Reward Certificate(s) and Reward Card to the cashier when purchasing your bingo cards and electronics and receive immediate discounts on your bingo purchase.
VIP Winners Circle Reward Certificates have no expiration date and can be used any time, during any session, at any VIP Winners Circle Bingo Hall.
How do I BECOME A MEMBER?
Becoming a member of the VIP Winners Circle is easy!
- Visit one of our VIP Winners Circle Bingo Halls and request a membership application.
- Complete the application.
- Return the completed application to the bingo cashier and your Reward Card will be instanly activated.
Remember to always use your VIP Winners Circle Reward Card every time you play bingo at our VIP Winners Circle Bingo Halls. Your membership status will not be renewed automatically... it must be earned each year. Points and membership in the VIP Winners Circle will expire for those accounts which do not reach the 100 point minimum within one (1) year.
What if my REWARD CARD IS LOST or STOLEN?
- Visit one of our VIP Winners Circle Bingo Halls and request a membership application from the cashier.
- Complete the application but ensure to check "REPLACEMENT CARD" on the first line. If you know your old card number, you can write it in the space provided. If you do not know your old card number, that's ok! We will work our hardest to find your old account in our system based the the rest of the information you supply on the application.
- Return the completed application, along with a $5.00 processing fee, to the bingo cashier and your new replacement card will be immediately activated.
Upon receipt of your replacement card application in our main processing office, we will transfer all your points from your old account to the new account. You will not lose any points when your Reward Card is lost or stolen and once this transfer is complete, you may begin visiting our VIP Winners Circle Kiosks to print your Reward Certificates. Please note that this account transfer may take up to 20 days to occur. You may confirm the transfer by visiting a kiosk and scanning your Reward Card.
What if I have an ADDRESS CHANGE?
The quickest and most efficient way to notify us of an address change is to email us at Bingo Winners Circle Rewards Program. Once received, we will update your account immediately.
You may also obtain a purple "Change of Information Notification" form from the kiosk area to notify us of a change of address. Simply complete the form and return it to the bingo cashier. Please allow 20 days for your account to be updated.
Terms & Conditions:
- The VIP Winners Circle Reward Card remains the property of Casino Bingo, Las Vegas Bingo, Monte Carlo Bingo and Texas Bingo.
- Points are accumulated and may be redeemed only according to the rules and prizes posted in Casino Bingo, Las Vegas Bingo, Monte Carlo Bingo and Texas Bingo.
- To accumulate VIP Winners Circle Reward Points, it is the players responsibility to present their card at the beginning of each bingo session when purchasing at least one (1) game of bingo (paper or electronic).
- When redeeming Reward Certificates, please present your VIP Winners Circle Reward Card. Reward Certificates are valid only for the member whose name appears on the face of the certificate and may only be combined with other VIP Winners Circle Reward Certificates issued for the same person.
- To qualify for Reward Certificates, members must play at Casino Bingo, Las Vegas Bingo, Monte Carlo Bingo and/or Texas Bingo and accumulate at least 100 points in their account.
- Points in the VIP Winners Circle will expire for members who do not reach the 100 point minimum within one (1) year.
- No cash value, credit or change will be given in exchange for Reward Certificates.
- Reward Certificates cannot be sold, reproduced or redeemed for cash.
- Lost or stolen Reward Certificates are the responsbility of the member and will not be reissued.
- In the event of a VIP Winners Circle System malfunction, we reserve the right to adjust accumulated points.
- Membership in the VIP Winners Circle may be revoked at any time.
- The VIP Winners Circle reserves the right to alter, limit or modify program rules, regulations, rewards and award levels, or to terminate the VIP Winners Circle Program or membership at any time, at its discretion.
- Usage of the VIP Winners Circle Reward Card and/or redemption of Reward Certificates acknowledges your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
